If you do not have all of the information, I send a gender-specific journal to you or the recipient (Your Choice) with a "required Information request form" inside. All the recipient will have to do is contact me and I do the custom work and ship it for FREE! Are you local? I can take pictures as well! Local pick-up is available upon request. OR...
